17. Return & Exchange
All returns are subject to Zalomi's Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be returned in the same condition as received and with original packaging intact. Refunds for credit/debit card payments may take 7 to 14 business days. Refunds will be processed as Zalomi gift cards.
Warranty
The services provided by Zalomi.com are offered on an "as is" basis and zalomi will provide you with a warranty policy that helps you stay covered in case of defects in functionality and workmanship after purchase of the product. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances and not limited to, Items are mis-used or mis-handled, Items have been accidentally damaged, Water damaged. The listed warranty is not covered for the data loss, physical damage, etc and limited to the functionality of the product only. We disclaim all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and the accuracy or reliability of the services. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Store Pickup
Store Pickup is available if its mentioned on the listing at designated Zalomi Store locations. Orders must be collected within 7 days, with specific documents required for pickup.
